Ocie Gray Memorial. Ocie Gray Memorial Wildlife Scholarship is sponsored and made available by employees of the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish in memory of Ocie Gray, a graduate of NMSU in the class of 1959. He was killed in the line of duty with the Department of Game and Fish when a plane he was flying in crashed on Jan. 4, 1960.
