I need to change the text colour based on the value in the Status field. e.g. If Status=Active then set colour=red else set colour=black. I think your solution makes the text in the Notes field red regardless of the value.

It seemed pretty straight forward, in Acumatica under Connected Applications I created a new Client ID and Secret. Then on the Flow side I created a new connection to Acumatica, then filled in my URL, username and password, client ID and secret.
